Job Description

Responsibilities
职责
·  Operate goods delivery in SAP system.
SAP系统中发货。
·  According to the customer planner's shipping requirements, develop a daily shipping plan and create shipping orders in TMC system.
根据客户计划员的发货要求，制定每天发货计划并在TMC系统中创建运输订单。
·  Track daily delivery of finish goods and respond quickly to goods damage issues.
跟踪每日成品的交付情况及处理发生的运输货损。
·  Post goods issue based on customer website and signed ASN to support FIN department.
根据客户网站入库信息及客户签收单进行过账处理，以便财务开票。
·  Check the transportation cost monthly and submit it to the FIN department.
每月进行运输费用的核对及提交财务部门。
·  Communicate with painting service suppliers and handle of abnormalities.
喷漆供应商的沟通及异常情况的处理。
·  Coordinate the relevant delivery work of other departments. For example: After-sales service.
协调其它部门的运输及发货工作。例如：质量售后
·  Act as coordinator of logistics related topics in various projects.
在各类项目中担任物流相关主题的协调员。
·  Implement BPS related lean logistics projects to achieve department’s target.
开展BPS相关的精益物流项目，完成部门指标。
·  Other relevant tasks arranged by superiors for achieving company’s objectives.
上级交办的为实现公司目标的其他工作。

Qualifications

·  Education学历
Bachelor degree, logistics or business administration major is preferred.
本科学历，物流或工商管理相关专业优先。
·  Training培训 
Trained in SAP and logistic management.
接受过SAP和物流管理的培训。
·  Skills技能
Good knowledge in MS Office and SAP.
熟练应用微软办公软件和SAP。
Good English communication skills and PC skills.
良好的英语沟通和计算机应用技能。
·  Experience工作经验
Minimum 3 years working experience in logistic related area, Auto industry is preferred.
3年以上物流相关领域工作经验，汽车行业优先。
