Job Description

The House of Competence Expert is responsible for implementing and maintaining an effective competency management system within the BBM CN organization. This role plays a crucial part in identifying top5 strategic competence in BBM China new business and related apabilities to achieve business goals while mapping key competence holders as well as overall online and offline competence enabling program.

As the core team member of M/HRR3-CN Expert Functions, and within a BBM-CN wide competence enabling landscape, the role is expected to define the strategic competences on the basis of business needs and establish platforms based on digitalization and AI to qualify associates' groups for future competences areas.

Identify M-CN strategic competences and refine a comprehensive competence framework that aligns with the business strategy. Analyze Bosch value stream and identify competences for different job roles, especially in engineering to enhance product competitiveness. Build competence management mechanism and process for tracking and continuous improvement of competence gaps diagnosed. Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on competency-based hiring, performance management, and career development. Have network in BBM China to support coordination with HR heads, engineering heads,etc. Establish competence management platform with defined competency data across the organization. Analyze competence assessment data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Decode competence data to inform strategic decisions related to talent attraction, talent management and reskilling/upskilling projects. Continuously upgrade the competence mechanism to fit for the business strategy. Other tasks assigned by manager.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and above above 5 years' working experience in HRBP role or BES role Familiar with Bosch value stream and have know-how in Bosch knowledge/reskiling system Good interpersonal and communication skills Solid Project Management skills
