Responsibilities:

Arrange production related matters according to the production plan, such as personnel deployment/materials/fixture/document preparation, etc.production process supervision and control (quality, efficiency, personnel status, safety production, etc.).Help subordinate supervisors and group leaders to solve problems.Pay attention to the training and growth of the team leader.pay attention to staff dynamics, reduce the turnover rate.Implementation of lean concept and continuous process improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or above, good English reading and writing.More than 8 years of production management experience in electronic manufacturing industry, experience in optical communication industry is preferred.office software proficiency, good summary, report ability.work actively, logical thinking clear, strong communication skills, team spirit, good at leading the team.have the production site management willingness, good at dealing with different levels, different levels of personnel, caring, willing to pay, can withstand work pressure.
