Operations Agent

Tasks

Your main tasks include:

Calculation and Planning of load distribution for the aircraft taking into consideration the rules and regulations as per GOM Dispatch of operational messages as well as other post flight activities Monitors the condition, the readiness, the amount of the equipment as well as the amount of necessary staff from the GHA required on the aircraft and reports any irregularities Ensures that security and safety procedures are adhered to in accordance with set procedures Performs all handling duties within LCAG & GHA when appropriate Provides regular and accurate staff feedback to the GHA (General Handling Agent) management and to Manager Handling Initiates tracing of missing/found cargo and handles other irregularities, such as offloads, damages

* Participate in other duties as assigned

Requirements

If you want to be the next  Operations Agent,  you must fulfill the following requirements:

High school diploma/GED required 3-6 years of experience in airfreight handling and operations in preferred Fluency in English language required Computer literate as user Knowledge of local custom regulations Clean driving license  Must be willing to work shifts Must posses a legal work permit in China
