We are looking for a Bilingual Teaching Fellow - All subjects Teacher for a High School in Kunshan. This is a full-time position and starting from August 2024.

Located in Kunshan, Jiangsu province, this school blends Chinese and American educational practices to foster academic excellence and holistic development.  It aims to nurture globally aware, well-rounded young adults in a dynamic environment that promotes intellectual, emotional, and social growth.

 

Job responsibilities

  • Course/Class Sections: A Teaching Fellow typically assists with teaching across a range of courses, under the supervision and coaching of one or more Faculty Mentors who are responsible for course design and delivery
  • Conference: Teaching Fellows enhance the classroom experience by offering individual and small group guidance to students, as well as feedback to faculty
  • Study Hall and Flexible Study: Teaching Fellows proctor campus study spaces used for Study Hall and Flexible Study
  • Student Life and Advisory: Teaching Fellows support the Student Life program as an Advisor to scholars who are part of a class the Fellow supports
  • Cohort Study Table: Teaching Fellows are expected to share their knowledge and experience and contribute to holistic educational community

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above in the related subject
  • Teaching certificate
  • Two or more years teaching experience in the subject
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Fluent in Chinese and English
