Role Purpose 职位目标

通过专业拜访、学术研讨活动, 为病患和客户提供专业的服务,传递GSK品牌信息,维护GSK的品牌信誉,以完成公司整体业务目标。

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities 主要工作职责

1. 完成/超越组织目标

1.1 通过管理团队,与团队共享专业推广经验、心得及市场信息,实现组织目标。

1.2 与市场部, 医学部紧密合作,以确保相关品牌市场策略与组织目标相一致。充分了解自己的区域,全面评估各种数据并发现机会和挑战,通过学术推广把产品带给合适的患者。

1.3 确保业务/市场活动被充分的贯彻执行,并作出及时的反馈。

1.4 与重点学术带头人和专家保持良好沟通,来确保和支持市场活动的学术专业性。

1.5 按公司要求合理管理预算,和人员配置。

2. 人员管理

2.1 辅导下属提高专业知识技能,激励团队的专业能力发展。通过为大客户经理提供辅导和帮助,建立培养他们的领导力和创新能力。

2.2 招聘,发展,保留符合GSK价值观的优秀人才员工,建立一支可持续发展的专业化队伍。

2.3 通过执行绩效管理评估流程,确保团队的推广行为是高效且合规的。

2.4 通过与市场/医学/培训等部门的通力合作,持续提高团队的绩效和生产力。

3. 其他

3.1 为产品招标和进入医保目录/准入的相关流程作支持。

3.2 确保自身及团队的推广行为,遵循公司的行为准则及相关法律法规和行业规则。

3.3 其他由直线经理或者公司分配的工作。

Qualifications/Requirements (Education / Experience / Competencies)

申请资格 / 职位要求 (教育背景 / 工作经验 / 知识与技能)

大学本科,优先考虑学医学药专业 具备相关产品或领域经验的地区经理及以上 具备普药经验的高级地区经理及以上 拥有5年工作经验,2年以上一线团队管理经验 具有发现新业务机会的能力 了解商业环境和竞争环境 优秀的领导力(包括优秀的合作、沟通、人际交往、激励技巧能力) 正派诚实,以患者为中心
