Key Responsibility
•To lead a team of AS-MS, responsible for team expansion, training, and its daily operation. To enforce and meet EH&S and other operational requirement.
•To optimize the current assay platform and develop new capabilities to meet market demands.
•To maintain and expand customer base globally. Promote platform service through collaboration with business development and marketing teams.
•To work as a team with colleagues across various functions (at department, division, and company levels) in client service as well as capability buildup.
•Effectively communicate and interface with worldwide business partners, develop and maintain excellent business relationship with internal and external clients.
•Provide scientific support to BDs and clients and deal with inquiries on WuXi Biology AS-MS capabilities, working closely with the global team.

Qualifications
•PhD in Bioanalytical Chemistry or MS related profession, with more than 3 years of relevant industrial experience.
•Experienced with AS-MS study
•Demonstrated communication skills in both English and Chinese
•Capable of working with a large customer base and a dynamic supporting team to deliver strong business growth

Preferred qualifications:
•Overseas education and working experience
•Experience in big CRO companies is a plus
