About You
PhD in Entrepreneurship and Innovation or relevant subject area. At least 5 years’ teaching experience within subject/discipline in higher education. Extensive experience and demonstrated success in developing teaching and learning methods and coaching colleagues. Good experience and achievement in chosen field, reflected in an established national and growing international reputation. Extensive experience and demonstrated success in delivering teaching within an agreed quality framework, and using a range of delivery techniques and technologies to inspire and engage students. Proven ability in engaging in scholarship of teaching and learning in relation to own discipline, and leading of outreach and community engagements. Proven record of managing projects relating to own area of work and organisation of external activities such as placements and field trips. Involvement in the development of policy and administrative matters within the School and University. Experience in teaching, supervision, and/or development of executive education. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.-
