JOB Summary: The candidate, as key talent of CQL Engineering undercarriage team, is mainly responsible for leading to develop bulldozer track group systems & components for NPI, CPI, cost reduction and maintenance.

Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

Research and develop new technology of both GLT (Grease Lubricated) and SALT (Oil lubricated) track link, and develop MGPP proposal for bulldozer. Create concepts and lead the design and development of components and group, such as link as. group, link, pin, bushing, track shoes. Lead CPPD activities by collaborating across functional partners: purchasing, suppliers, manufacturing engineering, materials technology engineering. Follow APQP and FMEA process to evaluate new products risk and conduct validation.

Degree Requirement
Degree required, a bachelor degree in an mechanical Engineering.

Computer-Aided Design & Engineering: Knowledge of tools and techniques of specialized graphics programs; ability to produce, analyze, simulate and test product design drafts.

Product Design - MFG: Knowledge of processes, approaches, tools and techniques of product design; ability to convert customer and market requirements into product design.

Product Design and Development: Knowledge of product features; ability to design, build, and develop a new product, technology, or service from concept through to production.

Desired Qualifications:

Both grease and oil lubricated track link development experience for bulldozer. Track roller/carrier roller/idler development experience Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Track link as. development experience from launch to production.
