Main Purpose of the job 主要工作目的 负责公司的安全体系建设与维护，确保公司安全体系运行有序，不断持续改进安全体系的适宜性与有效性，满足客户要求； Main Job Responsibilities & Missions 主要岗位职责及任务 负责公司安全体系的验证，指导公司各部门的安全体系文件编写； 进行纠正及预防措施的跟踪和验证工作,确保体系的有效运行和持续改进； 组织HSE相关的内外部审核，并推动管理评审的进行； 组织HSE相关的培训； 推广佛吉亚HSE相关政策; 负责新项目的HSE体系搭建、验证； 识别并遵守HSE相关的法律法规； 负责公司内部消防相关事务； 协调并配合其他部门的工作，从而更好地完成公司的目标； 其他任务 Other and specific missions 遵守公司HSE的各项规章制度 与其他职能部门的密切合作，建立强有效的内外部合作关系 直属经理交给的其他临时任务 Leadership Competence Requirement 领导力能力要求 管理复杂性； 结果驱动； 与他人合作   Additional or Special Skills 附加或特殊工作技能 对公司的业务活动有关的所有信息严加保密（但中国有关机构要求的除外），并对合同中定义的所有机密严加保密 知悉并严格遵守佛吉亚《道德规范》，依据佛吉亚《管理规范》行事、并以身作则 知悉并严格遵守利益冲突的相关规定 Qualifications 任职资格 学历要求: 大专或以上学历； 专业:相关工科专业； 工作经验：在汽车相关行业有至少2年的相关经验优先考虑； 技术能力及其他能力要求：

具有较强的分析能力和团队合作能力以及问题解决能力；

良好的沟通能力和人际交流能力；

结果导向，优化工作流程，值得信任。
