Reports to: Senior Business Analysis Manager
Location: Shanghai
Key Responsibilities:
Support the daily data needs of the specific team, including data extraction, analysis or concept/definition clarification. Support buying team to develop insight on consumers (GenZ) Handle various ad-hoc analysis requirements. Manage a clean dataset that is frequently used by specific team and ready to use in analytic team’s database (. product tagging). Review and summarize weekly/bi-weekly business highlights. Follow up with identified opportunities and outliers. (Out of Stock & Lost Sales) Evaluate automation requests and assist with data management. Introduce and practice data usage standards.Qualifications:
Over 3 years of working experience. Proven experience in data/business analysis. Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English, both oral and written. Proficiency in Excel and SQL. Preferably, experience in fashion, luxury, or sports brands. Prefer to have Tableau skills. Coding skill will be a plus.Additional Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in statistics, economics, or related subjects is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
