ACCOUNTABILITIES:

 

  • 明确岗位的工作内容和技能要求，确保生产全过程处于安全、可靠和有效的运作状态。

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • 严格执行公司安全规章、制度和其他要求，严格遵守公司四大安全准则，确保工作岗位处于良好的安全状态。
  • 参加工厂、部门组织的安全活动和要求包括：各种安全培训或演练、提出安全建议、汇报Near Miss或安全事故并配合调查、部门班组安全活动等。
  • 严格遵守《路博润中国员工手册》，确保自身日常行为符合员工手册的各项要求。
  • 严格遵守SOP和生产操作程序，执行TPU生产线开车前系统检查，按照计划要求开、停车，批次切换时系统的清理工作，聚酯多元醇反应器的操作（包括取样和添加催化剂），并做好清晰、完整、真实的记录。
  • 执行日常生产和值班期间的巡检，按照巡查路线和巡查要点，认真检查生产现场的设备、仪表、储罐、原料、成品是否有任何异常，并按要求将巡检内容如实记录到巡检表上，确保巡检的准时、真实、有效。
  • 在生产操作全过程应确保与班组其他成员或生产班长及时进行清晰、完整、有效的操作信息相互沟通，及时汇报生产过程中的任何异常信息。
  • 认真做好班组之间的岗位工作交接，确保交接班工作的明确、完整、有效。
  • 按计划和班组其他成员完成本班责任区域的OEP工作，包括6S、AM等活动，确保生产现场和设备的整洁有序和良好运行。发现设备故障时，应及时汇报领班。
  • 参加工艺和生产操作培训。
  • 在需要时能服从主管安排的代班要求。
  • 完成被上级指派的其他工作职责。
  • 工作时间为白班、夜班翻班工作。

 

 

REQUIREMENTS – EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS:

 

  • Education Background:
  • 高中，中专学历以上

 

  • Technical Skills:
  • 具备基本生产问题的分析和解决问题的能力
  • 具有高度的责任心和团队合作精神
  • 具有基础的电脑操作能力
  • 具有操作危险品的许可，叉车操作证，具备经营压力管道许可证优先
  • 能理解基本的英语，包括英文标识和PID图

 

 

  • Other Experiences Preferred:
  • 2年以上化工工厂操作经验
  • 有DCS操作经验为佳
  • 有挤出机共混操作工作经验为佳
