Resumo das funções: ​

统筹线上客服及订单处理工作，包括为消费者提供售前咨询、订单处理、发货协调、售后服务、管理客服团队等工作。

Responsabilidades: ​

你正处在加入一个激动人心的公司的旅途中，你将会成为我们成功故事的一部分。在这里，你的知识和经验将定义你的成长。在这个你即将投入的角色，你需要履行以下职责：

1、统筹线上客服工作：制定团队工作标准及流程，合理分配工作任务
2、团队管理：持续提升团队工作质量与效率
3、售前咨询接待：解答客户咨询、解决客户问题，引导客户下单
4、订单处理：审核订单，与电商平台及仓库对接，沟通订单事宜并安排发货
5、售后处理：跟进服务的内容进行售后处理，解决售后事务，及时向上汇报异常或个人无法解决的客诉

6、外包团队管理：与外包客服团队紧密沟通合作，及时分享品牌及产品的最新信息，确保外包客服团队的工作质量

7、结算与数据分析：整理电商平台日售后数据形成报表；每月及时完成结算与相关台账

为成功履行职责, 要求具备如下技能及资质• 相关工作领域学位• 1~2年相似岗位工作经验优先考虑但不必须• 愿意再安置到工作所在地
