你需要做的是：
1.对新产品的开发进行振动噪声分析，保证新开发的产品满足振动噪声指标要求。
2.对现有产品机型振动噪声方面的技术改进，负责分析和解决产品中涉及振动、噪声或者异响等相关产品质量问题。
3.进行噪声振动相关新技术、新材料、新工艺的跟踪、研究与应用。
4.给相关内部客户提供噪声振动相关技术培训。
5.协助销售和市场提供专业的噪声与振动相关售前咨询。
6.协助售后团队解决售后市场上的噪声与振动问题。
7.负责振动噪声研究项目的实施与管理。
8.负责产品开发振动与噪声控制设计文件的审核。
9.承担JCI全球制冷空调产品振动与噪声控制项目。
10.执行公司的安全卫生环保管理制度；对功能块的危险源进行辨识和环境因素识别、评价和更新，并负责监督目标和管理方案的有效实施。
11.遵守公司道德政策、公司制度、政策和流程，遵守与本岗位相关的质量要求。

我们期望的是：
1.声学、振动与噪声控制、机械工程、力学等专业硕士以上学历。
2.10年以上空调、机械、家电、汽车等领域噪声振动控制工作经验。
3.良好的英语听、说、读、写能力。
4.熟悉振动与噪声控制原理与测试技术，熟悉使用B&K、Siemens、MBBM等噪声振动测试系统，具备独立开展产品噪声振动测试的能力（振动、模态、噪声等）。
5.良好的振动与噪声实验策划与动手能力。
6.具有发现问题、分析问题和解决问题的综合能力。
7.具备熟练使用 ANSYS、 Siemens Simcenter 3D 等CAE、CAA软件进行振动、谐响应、声学等仿真能力。
8.具备数字信号处理相关基本知识。
9.具备出色的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
