工作职责

  • 根据公司发展战略，把握供应链金融业务及产品动向，编制产品发展战略和业务计划，并承担业绩目标
  • 负责供应链金融产品线的经营，建立收入模式，确立其运营指标和产品建设标准
  • 负责开展跨境电商领域解决方案及客户需求分析，与销售，风控，法务等内部团队推动项目及产品落地
  • 负责重点行业研究，制定行业化、场景化、数据化的供应链金融解决方案，并协同相关部门开展业务创新与优化
  • 沉淀现有业务场景通用性的产品原型或方案， 搭建内部团队，持续提升交付能力与方案能力，培养高绩效组织队伍

Requirements

  • 8年以上相关工作经验，具有供应链金融项目成功经验，有多个产品从0到 1的项目经验
  • 熟悉互联网金融及跨境电商的运作流程，有能力设计解决方案并输出，可以有效地宣讲金融产品方案的能力
  • 熟悉数据分析，效果评估方法论，较强的主动性团队合作精神及沟通协调能力
  • 具有产品规划和优秀的项目管理思维，能基于市场情况从产品策划、产品流程及产品体验全流程管理金融产品
  • 具有较强的逻辑思维能力，能通过大量外部诉求中提炼并抽象关键业务规则，并能基于规则高效的进行业务诉求对接及给出有效的解决方案
  • 对金融产品有热情，思维活跃，对市场发展趋势有敏锐的洞察力和创新意识及良好的分析、研判能力，能深刻把握用户需求，并提出有效创新思路。
