Job Description
Effectiveness and productivity improvement of workplaces and processes
Maintain all the IE data updated Calculate the savings of the improvement potentials in the responsible area Identify the productive and unproductive times of the equipment of the responsible area Identify the effectiveness of the employees of the responsible area Suggest improvement projects to improve the standards Implement the projects agreed with the manager Request processing, work place designing, work organization designing, time study / standard times studies, headcount planning, job evaluation / work studies, material flow design, lead time analysis, elimination of wastes and losses Improvement of OEE/TEEP, performance goal setting, implement CBS initiatives in responsible area Layout maintenance
Qualifications
Manufacturing processes of tire industry
2 to 3 years experience in lean production
Project leading experience with 2 to 3 successful cases
Experience in the area of Data Science or data driven function or programming
