Job Description

Essential Functions

1. Inspect the incoming materials and record the inspection data according to the requirements of the inspection control procedure documents and standard documents (inspection specifications, appearance drawings, engineering drawings, samples, inspection results) of the quality Department to ensure that the incoming materials meet the product quality and customer requirements.

2. Identify and distinguish the inspected nonconforming products and give feedback to the IQC supervisor

3. Complete the inspection task according to the inspection plan

4. Fill in the inspection record

5. Use testing tools and testing instruments correctly and maintain testing instruments well.

6. Responsible for 5S work in the inspection area.

7. According to superior arrangement, complete work efficiency with quality and quantity, and meet customer requirements

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

1. Naked eye vision 4.5 or above (or corrected vision 5.0 or above)

2, can adapt to the working environment of clean room

3. Have the ability to operate Office software

4, Can operate vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge, ring gauge, needle gauge, block gauge and other products to inspect

Minimum education and work experience required

1. Experience in IQC inspection in electronic or optical industry

2. Junior high school or above
