前端 Leader

岗位职责：

带领前端团队支持 Zoom 基础架构平台的建设，合理协调资源，保障业务高效、高质量完成；

负责前端团队技术体系建设，制定技术规划、建立规范、建设工具、提炼组件，持续提升团队研发效率和质量；

负责前端团队的日常管理，负责人员培养、提升团队影响力、提升团队技术氛围，提升团队整体能力；

负责团队产品用户体验的持续提升，提高用户满意度和使用效率。

任职要求：

本科及以上学历，5年以上前端开发经验，有2年以上团队管理经验为佳；

精通前端基础技术，精通 React 技术栈，React & Vue 双修更佳，了解底层实现原理，对技术有热情，了解前沿技术动向；

具备较强的系统设计能力和工程化能力，能够独立完成大型前端项目的技术架构，带领团队技术架构的升级和演进；

具备丰富的前端实战经验，拥有广阔的知识面和较好的技术深度，能够作出合理的技术决策，能够解决业务中遇到的技术挑战；

具备较强的体验感知能力和基本的交互设计能力，善于发现用户体验问题，能够给出合理的解决方案；

具备良好的沟通和团队协作能力，工作积极主动，思路清晰，责任心强，能够带领团队不断进步；

有2年以上企业级中后台产品前端研发经验，了解企业级产品业务特点、用户需求者优先。

具有 HR 领域产品开发经验，熟悉相关业务逻辑和产品实现者优先。
