Power Your Progress

You should enjoy being challenged, rather than being daunted or overwhelmed if a task seems impossible, you welcome the opportunity to be innovative. You also need to be good at absorbing information, analysing problems, making objective decisions, and coming up with original ideas. To be eligible for the 2024 Shell Graduate Programme :

  • Possess a Bachelor, Master or PhD degree
  • Should be in your final year of study or have less than one year (for Master degree holder) or two years (for Bachelor degree holder) of relevant work experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Possess leadership presence and involvement in team working environment experience
  • You are required to have graduated prior to Aug. 2024
