Job Description and Qualifications

This is a rotating shift position responsible for day to day operation of the ASU plant in Shenyang, Liao Ning province. Supervise /Lead the shift production to ensure Gas Products Supply integrity/Liquid production per production Plan, and be responsible for site safety, efficient/reliable Operation of the Plant, lead safety inspection and general shift routine inspection, assist maintenance engineers to implement Preventive Maintenance work and other assigned works by Production supervisor.
这是一个倒班的工作，负责辽宁省沈阳空气分离工厂的日常运作。监督/领导当班生产，确保气体产品供应的完整性/液体生产按照生产计划进行，并负责现场安全，工厂的高效/可靠运行，负责安全检查和一般轮班例行检查，协助维修工程师实施预防性维修工作和生产主管分配的其他工作。
 

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES 主要工作职责

1,Work closely with shift operators and engineers to take charge of the daily operation of the plant including process adjustment, pipeline delivery systems, product quality control, trailer Loading, Routine field /equipment inspection etc. Ensure the plant runs safely and efficiently. 与当班操作员和工程师紧密合作，负责工厂的日常运作，包括工艺调整，管道输送系统，产品质量控制，拖车装载，日常现场/设备检查等。确保工厂安全高效地运行。 2,This position can skilled master all SWIM,especially in plant Startup /Emergency Shutdown / emergency response, trouble shooting etc. 进行工厂启动、紧急停机、紧急响应、故障排除等。 3, Assist maintenance Engineers to implement Preventive Maintenance. 协助维护工程师实施预防性维护。

4,Assist the production supervisor to manage the safety of contractor or visitors. 协助生产主管管理承包商或访客的安全。

5,Holding safety meetings and performing safety audits (including BSP, routine safety inspection, contractor management, safety action training and so on) and writing safety reports. 组织安全会，进行安全审核(包括BSP、日常安全检查，承包商管理，安全性的培训等，撰写安全报告。

6,This position can skilled master issue the Safety permits, manage field safety /maintenance safety /construction safety etc., this position can skilled master IRR SWP issue,takes up the duties of SWP issuer. 能够熟练的签发安全许可证，管理现场安全/维护安全/施工安全等，掌握签发IRR许可证的技能，履行许可证签发人的职责。

7,Keep good communication with customer for closely cooperation. Work closely with DT, Asset , Sales, GSSM team, Maintenance team etc. 与客户保持良好沟通，密切合作。与运输、资产、销售、备件管理、维修团队等紧密合作。

8,Lead the new operator training /update the plant operating procedures etc. 新员工培训/更新工厂操作程序等。

9,Have certain maintaining ability, timely complete some of the preventive maintenance task, MI work, troubleshooting and relevant equipment inspection independently, and then cooperating with engineers to finish major maintenance or TAR. 备一定的维修能力，能及时独立完成部分预防性维修任务、MI工作、故障排除及相关设备检查，并配合工程师完成大修。 10,Keep &Audit control room and other working area clean and easier accessibility. &检查控制室和其他操作区域的卫生及整洁。

11,Follow the job arrangement of the company, complete the other tasks assigned by the Plant Manager and production supervisor. 服从公司的工作安排，完成工厂经理和生产主管分配的其他任务
