Global Private Banking (GPB)

HSBC Global Private Banking provides personal relationship management including integrated banking, investment and wealth advisory services to high net worth clients and their families around the world. The business builds on the strength, heritage and prudent long-term strategy of the HSBC Group to search out and reveal new opportunities for our clients to manage and protect their wealth. As an international private bank, HSBC Global Private Banking has the connections to provide the very best of what the HSBC Group has to offer.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

1.Maintain the highest standard of excellence in client service by attending to client enquiries and requests

2.Prompt and appropriate action taken to address client feedback/complaints.

3.Assist Relationship Managers in taking orders and preparing daily transactions accurately, promptly and completely and ensures smooth coordination with processing departments

4.Build and maintain positive and productive working relationships internally and externally

5.Ensure client account opening documents are complete and accurate and requirements are met and ensure that any data input is dealt with in a timely manner and in the correct and consistent format

6.Ensure that all client-service related activities are fully in compliance with the processes and procedures

7.Ensure smooth coordination with processing departments

Requirements

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

1.Minimum of Bachelor's degree in business, finance, related field or equivalent experience

2.Proven and progressive private banking experience or equivalent

3.Proven customer service, communications, sales, mathematical, analytical, organizational, and planning skills

4.Good understanding of the major products/services available in the private banking industry

5.IT Skills – knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications

6.Excellent communication skills

7.A good team player with drive for success and achievement
