Production planner_MA

1. Customer demand & production capacity analysis and balance.
2. Make leveled production plan to fulfill customer demand by maximum utilize production.
3. Control and monitor production plan execution, take timely reaction plan to ensure customer delivery.
4. Regular review and optimize planning parameter setting.
5. WIP stock management and control.
6. Increase BPS maturity level for production.
7. Projects derived by system CIP & Planning automation and digitalization in supply chain.
8. Overall planning controlling: leveling performance, BTS, VBL, TCT...
9. Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. Min 5 years' working experience in logistic planning.
3. SAP/planning knowledge and planning process understanding.
4. Lean background and experience are highly expected.
5. Knowledge of statistical forecasting, inventory theory and optimization models are preferred.
6. Logistic reporting and IT knowledge (Excel, PPT, Project..)
7. Capable of visualization tools (Power BI, SQL, Python..)
8. Fluent English in Speaking and Writing.
9. Good communication, coordination, and conflict management skills
10. Be proactive with passion, willing to work under high pressures, diverse environment
