Your Roles & Responsibilities

及时、准确完成测试任务，确保实验过程的安全和有效。 记录和整理实验数据，确保数据完整性和可追溯性，形成规范的实验报告。 负责实验室设备的日常操作和点检，支持设备故障处理，确保设备的稳定运行。 严格遵守实验室安全规章制度，确保实验过程安全，保持实验室环境整洁。 负责样品、工装、耗材的接收、保存和处置，确保样品、工装安全可追溯。 上级领导分配的其他工作。

Your Skills & Strengths

大专及以上学历，理工科专业； 汽车、机械、电气实验室工作经验3年及以上，熟悉实验室工作流程和操作规范； 具备良好的实验搭建和数据统计能力，能够准确解读实验要求并解决测试中一般问题。 熟练掌握实验设备的操作和点检，能够独立完成实验任务，熟悉至少2项下述相关测试： 电气类测试，如汽车电子产品电阻、电感、反电动势等； 环境类测试，如温度冲击、盐雾，IP等； 机械类测试，如振动、冲击，拉伸等； 电机、发动机台架测试，如驱动电机测功机AVL PUMA系统 具备较强的责任心和敬业精神，能够认真履行实验室技术员的职责。 具备良好的团队合作精神，能够与实验室其他成员有效沟通和协作。 具备较强的学习能力和适应能力，能够不断学习和掌握新的实验技术和方法。 具备良好的问题解决能力，能够独立思考并解决实验中遇到的问题。 英语：借助翻译软件可以理解测试需求和编辑报告。 工作态度：积极主动，能够承受一定的工作压力，具备解决一般问题的能力。 加班与出差：愿意根据工作需要接受加班安排，并能够配合实验室的出差任务。
