Job Description:
Position Summary: The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by proactively reaching out to potential and existing customers, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that align with 3M's product offerings. This role involves managing customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and working closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Proactively contact potential and existing customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to generate sales and build strong customer relationships. Sales Generation: Identify and qualify sales opportunities, present product solutions, and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets. Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of 3M's products and services to effectively communicate features, benefits, and value propositions to customers. Account Management: Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and results using CRM tools and other reporting systems. Collaboration: Work closely with the field sales team, marketing, and other internal departments to coordinate efforts and ensure a seamless customer experience. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and provide feedback to the organization.Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a related role. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.Excellent organizational and time management skills.-
