Junior college major in electrical and automation, HVAC, mechanics or other relevant fields. 电气自动化、暖通、机械或相关专业领域大专学历 。

Professional E xperience 专业经验 :

Minim 3 years of experience in black utility systems maintenance, operation and troubleshooting, or relevant. 至少 3 年公共设施系统的运行和维护工作经验 。 Have knowledge in the following systems: mechanical, pharmaceutical utilities, HVAC, electricity and pharmaceutical relevant FMS&BMS systems. 具有机械工程、制药公用工程、暖通空调系统、电气系统以及制药环境监控系统和楼宇自控系统工程的知识背景。 Good written ability to prepare the requirement of BU maintenance work independently. 具备良好的文字处理能力，能够独立完成公共设施系统维护工作的要求。

Key areas of responsibility 主要工作职责 :

Black Utility technician is responsible for monitoring Site Tianjin utility equipment running status, ensure stably energy supply to production on water, electricity and compressed air, and in charge of rush repair in emergency case. 公用工程技术员的职责是监控天津工厂动力设备运行状态，保证水、电、气的正常供给，为生产设备提供稳定的动力供应。事故情况下，履行现场抢修工作的职责。

Main J ob T asks 主要工作任务 :

Implement main utility equipment operation, running, maintenance and overhauling according to SOP. 按照 SOP 的要求对主要动力设备进行操作、运行、维护和维修。 Work on shift to perform the preventive maintenance for utility equipment according to preventive maintenance plan and in charge of rush repair in emergency case. 按照倒班计划完成设备的预防性保养计划工作以及紧急维修工作。 Check the utility equipment running status, fill out the running records, report finding in time and keep the equipment in good work condition. 对动力设备进行点检，填写运行记录，掌握系统设备运行状况，发现问题及时汇报，保证设备处于良好的工作状态。 Perform continuously improvement for utility system. 履行对动力系统持续改善的职责。 Daily record and review the energy consumption, to ensure the energy saving if possible. 每天记录，掌握设备耗能情况，在保证机电设备安全运行的前提下节省能源消耗。 Perform utility equipment cleaning work 执行动力设备清洁工作。 Responsible for supervise the 3rd party suppliers working on utility maintenance work and project. Ensure the 3rd party suppliers perform the work by strictly following the procedure and standard of NN. 负责管理第三方供应商的公用设施维护工作和项目工作，确保第三方供应商在严格遵守诺和诺德流程和标准的前提下实施工作。 Assist engineers for Utility Validation (cold storage, production area, QC lab). 协助工程师进行相关系统的验证工作（冷库、生产区域、 QC 实验室）。
