Job Description:

•Lead 30 members of Infrastructure onsite level 2 and 3 team to provide site and end user support for over 6000 people across 36 CHK locations including plants, sales offices, R&D facilities.

•Oversee asset management of end user devices (PC, mobile, printers, accessories) at all CHK locations, document assets management process, keep accurate asset list through entire life cycle.

•Coordination & collaboration with global Infrastructure teams on alignment with global 3M standards and policies and development of local policies as required for CHK.

•Support IT operations at manufacturing plants and warehouse, ensure all IT process are well followed and meeting required SLA and SLO.

•Active involvement, completion & documentation of IT internal & external audits.

•Provide end-to-end project management across multiple IT Infrastructure domains.

•Infrastructure end user related vender and cost management
