Responsibilities

- Responsible for aligning content, deadlines and costs with internal and external stakeholders
- 负责与内外部相关方在项目工作内容、截止日期及成本等方面达成一致意见
- Lead SW development team to design the software system for commercial vehicle steering systems of all platform generations
- 带领软件团队开发用于商用车转向系统的软件平台
- Design and develop with the team of software behaviour for electrohydraulic steering systems in the market for highly and fully automated driving
- 与团队一起设计和开发为高度或完全自动驾驶所需的转向系统的软件性能表现
- Responsible for projects or SW products from specification to delivery
- 负责项目或者软件产品从规范制定到最终交付的整个过程
- Collaborate in the acquisition of new projects.
- 协助新项目的获取
- Work closely with customers, software project partners and other development departments
- 与客户、软件项目的搭档及其它开发部门紧密合作
- Work in across divisions in an international development network and support the respective locations in software projects
- 在国际研发网络框架下与跨部门同事一起工作，支持其它工厂的软件开发项目
- Where required, give assistance to other engineers or supervisor in department
- 在需要时，协助部门的其他工程师及主管安排的其它任务

Qualifications

Qualifications & Requirements
任职资格及要求

Education学历
- Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science, electrical engineering, mechatronics or related
- 学士及以上学位，计算机科学，电气工程，机电一体化等相关专业

Experience工作经验
- 3 years or above working experience in the development of automotive embedded software
- 3年或以上汽车行业嵌入式软件开发的经验
- Be familiar with handling of tools for project planning and control
- 熟练使用项目计划及控制的工具
- Experience with Doors, MS project, IBM ClearCase / ClearQuest /Track & Release or comparable tools are preferred
- 有使用Doors, MS project, IBM ClearCase / ClearQuest /Track & Release或者其它同类工具者优先
- Have good knowledge in software development and C
- 熟悉软件开发流程及C语言
- Knowledge in CAN, CAN FD, SAE J1939, UDS, ASPICE, product security, ISO26262, etc
- 熟悉CAN,CAN FD,J1939,UDS, ASPICE, product security, ISO26262等标准或协议
- Working experience in multinational foreign companies is preferred
- 具有跨国企业工作经验者优先
- Great passion of technology, humans and various tasks, good technical understanding as well as high quality awareness
- 对技术、与人交流及处理不同的任务充满热情，有很好的技术理解能力及质量控制意识

Skills 技能
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin both written and verbal
- 优秀的英语及普通话书面及口语交流技能
- Knowledge of German language desirable
- 具有德语能力者更佳
- Strong interpersonal skills, flexible, resilient, team oriented and responsible. with an ability to work in a diverse team

- Ability to work and deliver under pressure at the customer’s site
