Responsibilities:

1.负责海外游戏用户服务体系能力建设，包括：官网，支付商城，用户体系，权益/积分体系，社区，游戏工具等；2.策划服务内容并持续迭代，优化产品质量及用户体验，提高平台用户规模，活跃及留存； 3.关注海外头部平台动向，定期梳理行业上的用户增长及商业化洞察和研究分析，并能快速沉沉方法论应用到所在业务。

Requirements:

1.本科及以上学历，英语能作为工作语言； 2.理解海外各区域头部平台玩法、属性、用户喜好，政策等基础信息； 3.对游戏行业保持敏感，具备良好的产品策划能力，能依据平台及用户特性，策划服务能力； 4.具备较好的跨部门合作沟通协调的经验和能力、抗压能力强，有较强的逻镇思维能力，出色的沟通能力和团队协作能力； 5.大于3年游戏或平台等相关行业工作经验。
