Role Summary:

组织并管理班组生产，确保完成部门生产稳定、安全运行及产品质量合格

Responsibilities:

欢迎您加入我们这个令人激奋的公司，与我们共同谱写成功的篇章。在这里，我们将用专业知识和工作经验为您赋能，助您成长。在您即将从事的岗位上，您需要履行以下主要工作职责：

• 根据车间生产计划，成品及时堆码，达到生产效率；
• 为降低物耗维保、单吨包材损耗成本，提高设备利用率，修旧利废，并协助维修对设备进行技术改进； 为降低生产中浪费，不断提高材料利用率；
• 为保证维修操作安全进行，按公司安全操作规程操作，佩带必须防护用品；
• 改善专案组根据6S评分细则每天的检查得分；
• 落实本列机台工序质量巡检与控制程序，包括质量自检、互检；
• 配合机长完成本机台各项生产记录的执行工作。

Requirements:

为成功履行职责, 要求具备如下技能及资质
• 相关工作领域学位
• 1~2年相似岗位工作经验优先考虑但不必须
• 愿意再安置到工作所在地
