Who you are:

确保GPHE设备的正常安全运转。负责和主导涉及自动化的持续改善，支持GPHE工厂生产线自动化改造项目。

About the job:

1.维护设备程序及电气备件。确保设备不因备件及程序丢失造成长时间停机。如有需要根据生产或者维护的需求对软件进行更新。

Responsibility for all software and electrical/automation spare parts on machine. No break down due to software and spare parts. Update software according to production/maintnance reqeusts.

2.和维护组联合审核及改进设备电气安全。

Responsible for machine safety audit(electrical/automation orientation) and improvement cooperate with ME department.

3.完善设备ALPS文档，包括但不限于安全操作规程，SOP，点检表。参与日常ALPS活动并做好生产支持。

Take care of documentation for all machines in electrical such as safety instructions, SOPs, check lists; collaboration team members participate in ALPS activities.

4.支持所有GPHE开展的设备类项目。全程参与所有产能爬坡调试。

Work with local team and global team as team member in projects to ensure fully automation support. Paticipate in commissioning and ramp-up for all new machines.

5.作为工程师参与及完成持续改进任务。

Archive CIA target as engineer role.

6.在工作中应始终将劳动安全放在首位并执行公司有关危废品的使用和管理政策。

Put safety in priority in all work and compliant with MSDS policy.

7.完成经理安排的其它修理任务。

Perform other tasks assigned by line manager.

What you know:

1. 大学本科及以上程度/机电一体化专业或电气自动化工程相关类

Bachelor's degree or above / mechatronics major or electrical automation engineering related.

2. 5年以上自动化设备维修经验，有OEM设计经验优先。

More than 5 years of experience in manufactoring in automation and electrical. Working experience in OEM factory will be preferred.
