Role Responsibilities

·Support vendor invoice scanning, indexing,processing andpayment

·Verify staff reimbursement base on local Tax requirement and company internal policy

·Verify, analyze, investigate the resolve payable invoice discrepancies and deficiencies

·Perform monthly closing and responsible accounts reconciliations

Our Ideal Candidate

·Over 1 Years accounting/tax experience in multinational company is preferred,fresh graduation is also welcomed

·Solid accounting/tax knowledge and a quick learner

·Strong communication skill with positive attitude

·Good in writing English

·Finance/Accounting/Tax related bachelor or above
