Role Summary:

协助部长有效完成公司下达的生产任务及各项生产技术指标，有效组织、调配本部门人员达成工艺控制、设备运行、成本核算、安全防火及5S管理、人员培训等全面工作，还需对全体员工起到引导和带头作用。

Responsibilities:

In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities: • Drive high production capability though utilization of improvement programs and maintenance best practices.• Achieve production, efficiencies, and down time targets by monitoring plant operations, providing directions to team, coordination with various agencies (maintenance, materials, HR, all other support services etc. ).• Analysis of process and equipment troubles along with team members and implement corrective and preventive action.• Provide Safety, Health, and Environmental Leadership and ensure all employees adhere to all safety protocols. • Establish, sustain, and improve standard operating systems.• Manage employees by provide mentoring and guidance for direct reports, and oversee training and development.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:• A degree in the related job field.• At least 3 to 5 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role.• Willing to relocate to the job location.
