Au sein de notre département Achats, vous développerez les stratégies de sourcing de fournisseurs chinois, afin de construire un panel de fournisseurs, répondant aux exigences et à la croissance d'Exotec.

Vos missions seront :

  • Identifier et soutenir la qualification d'un panel de fournisseurs compétitifs en Chine
  • Soutenir les Acheteur.euses Produits et Familles dans les phases de recherche et de consultation de fournisseurs potentiels en Chine, afin d'obtenir la meilleure qualité de service
  • Participer activement au processus de sélection d'un point de vue technique, financier et contractuel avec les fournisseurs chinois
  • Comprendre les matériaux de base et les facteurs de coût des composants et faire preuve de créativité dans les négociations/discussions sur les coûts
  • Jouer un rôle clé dans les négociations finales
  • Comprendre les processus, les délais et les contraintes liés au développement et à la livraison de nouveaux produits
  • Être innovant dans les possibilités de réduction des coûts
  • Développer et à maintenir des partenariats efficaces au-delà des frontières géographiques et des fonctions
  • Jouer le rôle d'interface entre le panel de fournisseurs, le département R&D, et les Acheteur.euses Produits/Familles
  • Participer avec les Acheteur.euses Produits/Familles à l'amélioration des coûts au regard du budget

Requirements

  • Plus de 10 ans d'expériences dans les achats de composants industriels
  • Familiarité avec le marché chinois : les fournisseurs locaux, les pratiques commerciales et la culture d'entreprise
  • Bon relationnel ainsi qu’une appétence naturelle pour la négociation
  • Solides compétences en matières d'analyse des performances, de coûts, d'identification des risques fournisseurs, avec une capacité à proposer des solutions innovantes
  • Excellentes aptitudes à la communication et capacité à collaborer efficacement avec des parties prenantes internationales à tous les niveaux de l'organisation
  • Autonomie et capacités à gérer plusieurs projets en parallèle tout en respectant les délais
  • Maîtrise des langues française, anglaise et chinoise pour faciliter la communication avec les équipes internes et les fournisseurs

Ce poste est à pourvoir en contrat de portage salarial.
