Job Responsibility 岗位职责：
1. Understands and strictly follows Company’s Rules, Regulations, Policies, Instructions and Procedure to avoid unnecessary conflicts and to reach expected behavior and job performance.
理解并严格遵守公司的规章、制度、政策、说明、流程，以确保行为表现符合公司的期望并能达到工作绩效的要求以避免产生不必要的冲突。
2. Have awareness of ISO 9001 & ISO14001 & OHSAS18001 quality system. 
具有ISO14001 & OHSAS18001质量管理体系意识。
3. Support and report to supervisor, cooperate with related group member to achieve engineering target. Fulfill tasks from supervisor on time;
支持并向主管汇报，与组内其他人员合作完成设计目标。按时完成主管分配的各种任务；
4. Check engineering material integrity and correctness, contact supervisor and follow up the question if found;
核查设计材料的完整性和正确性，如发现问题要及时与主管联系，并进行跟踪；
5. Finish engineering material according to valid rules and standards before time stamp of engineering schedule and report to chief engineer for audit. Report in good time in advance to supervisor if schedule cannot be met;
根据有效的规则和标准在设计进度时间结点前完成设计材料并汇报给主工程师审核。如果进度无法保证，需提前向主管反映；
6. Supervise and audit local components quality for localized equipment to ensure fulfill with Valmet standard;
对国产化设备上的国产部件监督和审核以确保完全符合维美德质量标准；
7. Follow up production designed field installation and commissioning, collect problems and give suggestion, discuss with chief engineer, supervisor or manager then give solution and follow up the situation;
支持产品设计的现场安装、调试，收集问题并给出建议，与主工程师、设计主管或经理探讨如何确定解决方案并对情况发展进行跟踪；
8. According to the requirement of design task, ensure every project information be handout to the corresponding department on time, including support to internal or external workshop;
根据设计任务的要求，将每个项目的信息都按时传递到相应的部门，包括对内部和外部车间的支持
9. Continuously improve design quality required by quality target and customer feedback listed in quality system;
按照质量体系中质量目标的要求及用户反馈，持续改进设计质量；
10. Responsible for own development as well as teach new member technical skill and help each other, cooperate with all members in group;
负责自身的发展，在技术技能上对新员工加以指导并与组内其他人员相互帮助，紧密合作；
11. Support to internal customers and continuously improve customer’s satisfaction;
支持内部客户，持续改进客户满意度；
12. Act as chief engineer for some PIP products and solution in responsible area. 在自已负责领域，成为某些产品和方案的主设计师
13．Ensure that 5S & LSS in own area are implemented;
确保在自己区域内的5S和LSS的实施；
14. To perform other assigned tasks, not specifically mentioned in the JD including but not limited to the other tasks assigned by Supervisor;
履行其他没有在职位描述中提及的工作任务包括单不限于主管交待的其他任务；
15．Engage in the development of hi-tech product as mentioned above

Job Requirement 岗位要求：
1. Bachelor;
本科；
2. Three to five years working experience;
3至5年工作经验；
3. Able to do the daily work in foreign language;
基本能使用外语进行日常工作；
4. Excellent computer skill;
能熟练使用电脑进行日常工作；
5. Excellent knowledge of mechanical engineering fundamentals;
精通机械设计基本原理；
6. Good knowledge in Paper Machine process and Valmet Paper concepts;
熟悉纸机工艺及维美德纸机概念；
7. Good knowledge of Catia software;
熟悉Catia软件；
