职责描述 承接海尔消金目标，负责金融产品和用户产品的体系搭建和优化，确保产品满足用户需要，确保极致的用户体验，事前算赢。
1、负责公司消费金融产品发展规划，产品组合，盈利测算，并结合公司资源优势打造具有市场竞争力的特色产品，促进公司业绩达成；
2、负责公司互联网产品的体系设计，推动互联网产品落地，驱动极致的用户体验，不断迭代产品流程。
3、负责定期对市场及竞品进行分析，对金融产品&用户产品进行有计划的调优，不断提升产品的市场竞争力；
4、负责团队管理、人员培养，团队建设，能够打造有竞争力的人才梯队，提升团队价值。 任职要求 1、本科及以上学历；
2、5年以上工作经验，有5年以上消费金融行业从业经验。
3、有市场敏感度，能够准确的把握市场前沿机会；
4、具有较强的逻辑思维能力，对于消费金融产品全生命周期的底层逻辑有深刻理解；
5、有良好的沟通技能，能独立协调内外部资源，推进项目流程。 工作地点
