In this role, your goals will be:
In three months: Have knowledge of Red and search and knowledge of other RTB business-related platforms will be an advantage. Be able to support manager writing the Red strategic planand monitoring RTB campaign. Data analysis and provide post-campaign insights. In six months: Provide campaign solutions to client, manage deliver results. Support manager to synergize strategic plan and performance monitoring. In Twelve months: Empower the whole team with your knowledge accumulation. Responsibilities of the role:  • Take the leading role to output SEM proposal & Postbuy. • Take the leading role to do data analytics and optimization. • Familiar with RED/Ocean Engine/Wechat/Baidu SEM and digital tracking tools.• Good communication with media and internal multi function.• Gain the trust from your clients. What you will need: • Better to have experience in beauty industry clients with a proactive attitude. • Familiar with excel skills (vlookup, sumifs, etc…) and ppt skills.• Excellent communication skill to make a good relationship with the clients. • Excellent written skill in English and need familiar with SEM Technical Term in English.• Got RED/Ocean Engine/Wechat/Baidu certification.  About GroupM GroupM - GroupM leads and shapes media markets by delivering performance enhancing media products and services, powered by data and technology.
