For our location in Ningbo we are currently looking for a

PCB Layout Engineer


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Based on the schematic diagram of the hardware engineer and the structural diagram of the customer, carry out the design, modification, and review of the printed circuit board, the execution of manufacturability design, to meet product requirements; Calculate the utilization rate of the board and the number of vias to improve manufacturability and meet the cost requirements of the printed circuit board; Follow up with the engineering inquiries from the PCB manufacturer to ensure that the PCB is manufactured according to the design; Provide production materials for the designed printed circuit board for the factory to make the corresponding production tools, ensuring that the factory can produce normally; Follow up on the issues during the trial production and mass production process, and solve the manufacturing problems through board modification; Draft and review related documents in the project development process, complete the document set.

Minimum Qualifications:

More than 5 years of experience in PCB Layout, with experience in switch power supply or inverter related products; Familiar with the production process of double-sided and multi-layer through-hole PCBs, have a certain understanding of PCB manufacturing technology, and can communicate effectively with suppliers on engineering issues; Very familiar with the PCBA assembly process, able to determine the final assembly process of the product at the early stage of product design.
