Job Description ：

职位描述：

1.Provide root cause analysis and improvement opportunity for each branch by tracking the service process and service specification implementation of the branch/own technician/project service, track and evaluate the improvement result.

通过监控网点/自有工程师/项目服务的服务流程和服务服务规范执行情况，为各分部提供根本原因分析和改善点，跟踪并评估分部改善效果。

2.Focus on consumer feedback, study consumer needs, drive branches to deliver high quality services to meet consumer needs, and drive cluster service performance.

关注消费者反馈，研究消费者需求，推动各分部交付满足消费者需求的服务，推动服务大区的消费者需求满足。

3.Track branch service performance, organize cluster service performance review, to share the excellent experience and lessons learning.

跟踪服务大区的服务绩效完成进度并组织服务大区的服务绩效评估回顾，分享优秀经验及教训；

4.Provide service KPI report and scorecard for cluster and branches according to HQ BA guidance

按照总部 BA 的工作指导提供服务大区和服务分部的服务绩效 KPI 报告和平衡记分卡

5.Improve transparent performance evaluation from HQ and give necessary advice for branch service KPI management to implement top-down improvements.

推动透明化的总部职能绩效评估，对各分部的服务绩效管理提出建议，以落实自上而下的改进；

6.Implement the service network strategy according evaluation report from cluster.

执行服务大区服务网络评估报告；

7.Collect feedback from technician/CP from branches and provide service process, service specification and service policy suggestions to HQ.

收集服务大区及服务分部城市工程师/网点的基层反馈，向总部反馈服务流程、服务规范和服务政策建议。

专业资质要求：

Professional Requirements：

1、本科以上学历，至少3年以上相关工作经验。

1.Bachelor's degree or above, at least 3 years working experience.

2、至少1年领导力及项目经验。

2.At least 1 year Leadership Experience and Project Experience.

3、性格外向，能够调动团队成员积极性，激发凝聚力。

3.Outgoing personality, able to mobilize the enthusiasm of team members.
