Analyst for Work & Rewards 

The Work and Rewards research team leads various research programs, including Employee Experience, Work Strategy, Compensation Strategy, Digital Transformation, and Board Advisory (., ESG advisory, Board Effectiveness, Fair Pay, and DEI). Our outputs include data, models, articles, and reports. Along with longer term research programs, we continue to identify projects with tangible outputs for our clients or consultants within shorter frame deliverables.

As an Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include:

Participating in research projects and initiatives listed on the RIC annual research agenda.  Assisting senior analysts in various research projects. Supporting team in collecting and analyzing data to ensure results accuracy. Contributing to optimizing work processes, consistently pursuing higher work quality and efficiency
