The bon vivant in you would truly appreciate the exquisite cuisine orchestrated by renowned chefs across 3 restaurants. Top this off with a microbrewery, serving unique, handcrafted beers, and you may not see much of your room.When night (or day) comes, you have the choice of spacious rooms and suites, plus serviced suites in The Residences at Kerry Parkside, just next to the hotel. We are currently looking for a Front Office Manager.

As a Front Office Manager, we rely on you to

Provide guest serviccs as well as supervision, direction and leadership in the Front Office in accordance with the objectives, performance and quality standards established by hotel guidelines and policies. To provide general management support throughout the hotel at all times, monitoring guest satisfaction, security, and employee's activities.

We are looking for someone who:

Takes pride in being a hotelier Preferably comes from a hotel-related education background Preferably has relevant experience with an international 5* hotel group Is self-driven, goal-oriented, willing to challenge the status quo Communicates and writes with fluency in English (and local language) Has excellent communicative, interpersonal, managerial problem solving skills Has excellent time management, multitask organizational skills
