Your Role

Symrise is looking for a Senior Tax Specialist based in Shanghai, who can help us handle compliance challenges as well as daily tax management for overall China, also support Regional tax function.
Key Responsibilities

China scope (primary):
- Develop and update tax related policy, procedure and process
- Review tax returns and tax filings
- Review transfer pricing documents
- Tax risk management, health check and problem shooting
- Support on tax audit and inspection case
- Support on tax incentive projects including High and New Technology Enterprise, R&D super
deduction
- Review tax accounting
- Assist in tax-efficient structuring and tax planning projects
- Transformation: Pet Food tax management
 
Regional scope (secondary):
- Support on APAC Operational Transfer Price monitoring, reviews, and update of calculations
- Support in resolving transfer pricing issues / disputes between countries
- Support to regional ad-hoc Tax & Transfer Pricing activities.

About You

- Around 8-10 years’ work experience
- Prefer Audit firm – tax plus industrial experience, audit firm around 3-4 years at least.
- Finance background
- Have overview
- Willing to change
- Good communication skill
- Initiative for improvement
