Who you are:

Lead the warehouse team to ensure fast goods receipt and goods issue to production. Make sure that all material movements are correctly booked in ERP system to maintain a high stock accuracy. Continuous improve the warehouse management process and logistics activities.

About the job:

Daily management of warehouse 仓库日常管理。 Follow the standard warehouse processes and seek for potentials to improve the current process. 执行仓库标准流程，寻找潜在机会改善现有流程。 Optimize warehouse layout in order to utilize the warehouse to its maximum.优化仓库布局，发挥其最大作用。 Establish routines to ensure that correct data are entered into our ERP system (Axapta/D365) timely to maintain stock accuracy. 及时输入ERP系统(Axapta/D365)正确的数据，确保数量与账目保持一致。 Implement 5S in warehouse. 在仓库实施5s。 Implement kanban supply with production. 与生产实行看板拉动供货。 Establish routines for regular stocktaking and ensure that all relevant material will be stored under correct conditions following FIFO. 定期进行盘点以确保所有相关材料以先入先出法进行储存和管理。 Continuously communicate and coordinate with interface department to improve the service and supply chain. 与相关联部门不断沟通与协调以提高服务及供应链管理。

Minimum 10 years working experience in related industry 10年以上相关行业工作经验 Minimum 5 years of experience as a warehouse/logistics leader 5年以上仓库物流管理经历 Experienced in warehouse management, familiar with supply chain concept 有仓库管理经验，熟悉供应链理念 Good communication skills and be able to speak/write English 良好的沟通技巧及英语读写能力 Good leadership skill, team player and work well under stress良好的人员管理能力，良好的团队精神以及在压力下能够有效地工作 Systematic thinking, be able to follow up multiple tasks系统化思维，能够跟踪执行多项任务 Familiar with Microsoft-Office package tools熟悉微软Office操作 Lean and 6 sigma knowledge and project experience is a plus 知晓精益和六西格玛知识，或相关项目经验为加分项
