DBO is also the operation and development owner of Siemens digital customer journey related application (Included Discovery, Service, Mall of WeChat mini program and Website) and in charge of exploring and extending market coverage, generate new business opportunities, understand market and customer better. DI数字化业务部（DBO, Digital business office）负责DI数字化业务平台的搭建, 优化和管理，进而提高销售运营效率以及客户满意度。DBO同时负责西门子数字化客户旅程的相关应用（包括发现工业，工业服务，工业商城小程序及其网站）的运营和平台开发，致力于对延伸现有的市场覆盖，产生新的业务机会，更好的理解我们的客户和市场的探索。 Platform product manager is worked for DI DBO and focus on digital business platform setup and improvement to achieve digital business process efficiency. 平台产品经理就职于数字化业务部，负责数字化业务平台的搭建和优化以达到提升业务流程的高效运营 Key Responsibilities: Responsible for the functional design of applications related to the digital customer journey to assist business growth and efficiency improvement, e.g. Discovery, Service WeChat mini programs etc. 负责数字化客户旅程的相关应用的功能设计以辅助业务增长及效率提升, e.g. 发现工业，工业服务小程序等 Lead and support platform improvement of digital customer journey related application for performance enhancement and new features, to enable the digital customer journey business process smoothness, improve the customer experience and achieve the retention. 领导并支持数字化客户旅程相关应用的优化项目，通过新功能设计以及现有功能的优化以实现数字化客户旅程的顺畅运行，提升客户体验以达到客户留存 Bridge the communication between internal business, partner business team, internal IT, 3rd party IT supplier for digital customer journey related application’s requirement collection, clarification and process design. 对接团队内部以及伙伴团队业务人员，内部以及第三方IT，参与数字化客户旅程的相关应用的功能需求收集、澄清和流程梳理 Drive continuous digital customer journey related application’s development by communicating and prioritizing requirements to the development team. 向开发团队传达需求、制定需求优先级，推动数字化客户旅程相关应用的开发和交付 Assist key user training for the new feature of customer journey related application. 协助关键用户开展数字化客户旅程相关应用的新功能培训 Daily operation issue resolution for digital customer journey related application 数字化客户旅程相关应用的日常系统问题解决 Desired Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above and over 5 years of professional experience in content, service, product manager of mobile applications, etc. 本科或以上学历，具备5年以上专业的内容类，服务类等移动应用产品经理经验 At least has experience on one middle-large size mobile application / project, with deep insight of To B industry.  具有至少一个大中型移动端应用产品/项目负责经验，对To B行业具备深刻的洞察能力 Have experience in product design and in-depth use of mobile application product manager experience in content and service.
