About the role

Procurement Supervisor, reporting to Operation Director and is responsible for the sourcing to pay process of PES category of Ubisoft Chengdu studio and daily team management. Your mission is to manage PES relevant topics in Chengdu and collaborate with your peer in Shanghai; support your direct report in daily operations; be the POC to smooth the cross-team collaboration.

Direct report: one, FPS (Facility & Professional Services) Buyer.

What you will do

Be responsible for Source to Pay of PES category Contribute to team OKR planning and realization Understand and strictly follow Ubisoft Procurement Policy, Code of Conduct Coordinate with internal G&A teams to smooth the collaboration and better support the business operation Support direct report in daily operations to deliver procurement services

作为采购主管，向运营总监汇报，负责育碧成都工作室PES（游戏制作外包服务）品类寻源到付款的流程以及采购团队的日常工作。你的任务是负责PES的S2P全流程工作；支持下属的日常工作；作为联络人确保跨部门协作的平滑运营。

直接下属：1人，FPS（设备及专业服务）采购专员

岗位职责：

理解并支持内部外包流程及需求 供应商关系管理 与外包及财务团队协作，确保合同和付款按时完成 支持外包相关的Sourcing to Pay

Qualifications

What you will bring

Business Administration or Supply Chain Management degree 5+ years relevant experience in Indirect Purchasing and with experience as people manager A team player Fluent in oral and written English  CIPS or CPSM certified is a plus
