Job Description

ABOUT YOUR ROLE 职位描述

生产计划编排、订单货期的回复、生产进度跟进、订单生产与物料供应中异常问题的解决、物料需求计划制定、库存控制与呆滞料的处理。

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE 工作职责:

- 客户交期的回复与跟进, 确保出货可靠率达到或超过公司目标；
- 生产计划和物料需求计划的制定、审核与实施；
- 监督各工序的生产计划进度，及时与生产沟通，处理生产中出现的订单与物料供应等异常情况；
- 物料采购的审核, 紧急物料的跟催, 呆废料的控制和处理，将库存周转率控制到合理水平；
-对下属提供适时的培训、支持与指引；
- 综合协调及组织PPC团队的资源；
- 参加公司组织的ISO9001、FSC、EHS、ELS基本知识及相关程序、工作指引的培训，确保其在PPC团队的实际工作中被正确实施；
- 上司安排的其它工作。

Qualifications

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU 职位要求:
Qualification：
-Bachelor or above degree with a proven track record in similar position.

Competence:
-At least 10 years experience in production planning, control and management in foreign invested company;
-Good knowledge of production plan, scheduling, inventory control and production control.
-Good data analysis ability and computer application.
-Flexibility for trouble shooting.
-Strong communication skills and team work.
-Good sense of customer servise.
-Good knowledge of Enterprise resource planning system (ERP experience is preferred ) 
-Good English ability, both writen and oral;
-Aggressive, proactive and highly responsible attitude.
-Exposure of Print and Packaging industry is preferred;

  EDUCATION 学历和专业:  资质要求：
- 本科以上学历；
- 三年以上的生产计划及物料管理工作经验；

能力要求：
- 良好的英文读写能力；
- 熟悉电脑常用软件如Outlook express, Excel & Word 的操作；
- 丰富的团队管理经验,良好的沟通技巧和适应能力、倾听能力、倾听能力；与他人关系良好，较强的责任心和合作性；
- 能承受一定的工作压力。
