(Technical) Solution Design Owner – Delivery Operation Solutions

This position will contribute on the IT technical solution design, development and configuration of changes for delivery operation solutions in KONE IT helping the business get better performance and user experiences.

We are looking for a Solution Design Owner with software development background and successful IT project deployment experiences and product release management. It is good to have the general knowledge also on elevator and escalator products.

The main responsibility is to work with China business and within IT China team on designing and developing a product solution.

Main responsibilities:

Contribute to the IT solution design and business requirements definition work Contribute to solution development & implementation, testing, reproducing and fixing identified defects in the software Documentation of solution design and release content Work in close collaboration with China business, IT China team and development team Collect user needs, promote and coordinate to complete the definition of user needs for the product, and design solutions for product functions Responsible for daily cross-department communication related to products to ensure that projects are completed on schedule

Skills, Education and Experience

Degree in IT (software development or engineering with IT focus) or M.Sc. or B.Sc. or equivalent level education Programming skills in object-oriented languages Good understanding of interface (SOAP, REST, etc.) Experience in SQL End-to-end process and solution understanding Knowledge and experience in agile projects way of working Analytical and conceptual thinking, innovative, ability think out of the box and self-driven Very good collaboration and communication skills in English and Chinese Ability to work independently and also in virtual teams in a multicultural environment
 

Team description

KONE GCN NBS, Modernization & SC team is responsible for full chain solutions for NBS and MOD business that support sales tendering, ordering, purchasing, manufacturing, , Shipping and installation with KONE customers.

The KONE GCN NBS, Modernization & SC team is part of KONE IT within China Digital Technology and KONE Technology and Innovation.

The position is based in Kunshan, China and you will report to the Solution Owner of GCN NBS, Modernization & SC team.
