As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in creating a stimulating learning environment and fostering strong partnerships with parents, colleagues, and the community.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Work closely and professionally with the Chinese teacher to ensure the smooth running of daily routines.
  2. Take full responsibility for planning and implementing age-appropriate program activities and assessments regarding the curriculum provided by the school.
  3. Provide a stimulating and effective learning environment for the children to support their learning.
  4. Maintain close partnerships with parents, colleagues, and the community.
  5. Provide informal communications (where required) to parents on the growth, progress, and attainment of the children.

Requirements:

  1. Native English speaker.
  2. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education preferred.
  3. Teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent).
  4. Minimum 3 years' full-time teaching experience.
  5. Excellent classroom management and behavior management skills.
  6. Ability to work as part of a team in planning and implementing the school’s curriculum, strategic plans, and policies.
  7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Salary: 29,000¥ to 35,000¥ per month.
  • Housing Allowance: 8,000¥ per month.
  • Other benefits may include health insurance, paid vacation, professional development opportunities, etc.
