JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description:

Lead the PN China commercial team ensuring people engagement, talent & capabilities developing Lead Commercial Operations members in the Commercial vision and strategy. Develop the skills and capabilities of his/her team to ensure a robust and healthy talent pipeline. Lead SQA manager and engage his/her team to ensure inbound quality through SQA parameters and supply continuity/security through resiliency workstream.As Value Leadership program leader to drive competitive advantage for PN China business. Interface with TJN Site Director, R&D Director, Supply Chain and S&OP Director to represent Commercial team as appropriate Accountable for the performance and results of the whole buying and SQA team: Ensure volume availability, for existing materials and for NPDsDeliver a competitive advantage and continuous operational improvement in terms of Cost, Quality, Cash and Service Drive Innovation & Sustainability through efficient supplier and internal stakeholder relationships. Ensure competitive pricing and effective price risk management.: Ensure price forecasting in a complex and volatile commodity environment, providing the business with timely intelligence on pricing and availability risks as well as spotting new opportunities early. Lead programs for sourcing, creating sufficient pipeline and ensuring project implementation. Lead Sustainability implementation program to ensure Mars commitments/compliance and future sourcing: Next Supplier Generation Program, MGIS data collection, Regenerative Agriculture program, CO2 reduction program.. (as example) Stakeholder management to ensure strategy definition and implementation - especially R&D Directors and Managers, Q&FS Director and Managers, Factory Directors, Segment Team Leaders, Finance COGS Director and S&F Primes co-pilot Engage the collaboration of the Commercial Operations Team and SQA team for site implementation and compliance. Lead X-Segment Pack collaboration per needs Accountable of COM policies and procedures, lead the right G&C team culture implementation
