Welder (HTE)

Your responsibilities

Perform Cutting, Grinding, Milling, Drilling, Sand blasting, Polishing, Engraving of Heat Exchanger and parts to prepare welding assembly Perform Welding of Heat Exchanger and parts refer to relevant technical publications, repair manuals Complete product maintenance records with forms and ERP All maintenance work performed compliance with CAA regulation, MOA manual, procedure Daily maintenance of the repair tools and equipment Report any quality issue to supervisor and quality department Assist in the development of new Heat Exchanger repair capability Other relative tasks assigned by Repair Shop Supervisor

Your qualifications

Specialized Secondary Schools or above Technical vocational school or college with specialty in welding, aerospace maintenance is preferred or related major Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW) training and qualification according China or America (AWS D.1) or European standard Fitter training, Machining practice training is preferred; Minimum 3 Years welding working experience. Knowledge related with civil aviation maintenance / welding Read and understand English technical data and related drawings General practice of Civil aviation maintenance; GTAW(TIG) welding skill is the basic requirement; Operation skill of Machines such as Cutting, Grinding, Milling, Drilling, Sand blasting Etc.; Correctly use the welding tools, equipment and IMTE, chemicals; Proficient computer skills (MS Office); Diligence, analysis and diagnose capability, communication skills;
