Job Objective
Responsible for performing independent project quality assurance to fulfill project quality goals Responsible for continuously improving quality assurance process and product quality Responsible for conducting supplier audits during development Responsible for coaching and mentoring team for process/quality topics Responsible for identifying project quality related risks and systematic issues between ongoing projects Responsible for promoting best practices/lesson learned among projects Responsible for fostering a culture of quality in the development QualifikationenQualification
Education
Bachelor's degree or above, major in electrical engineering, automation, electronics, software engineering or computer science
Experience
Over 3 years' experience of SW quality relative jobs in Automotive/Electrical industrial. Knowledge of system and software engineering processes Knowledge of quality management methodology Knowledge of V model and agile development methodology Good understanding on CMMI or Automotive SPICE, real experience will be preferredSpecific Knowledge
